The Pompeii Children’s Museum is a learning-oriented museum designed to guide children in discovering culture through hands-on experience.
We offer educational activities for schools of all levels, developed in dialogue with teachers and aligned with the national curriculum guidelines.
Originally built in the Angevin period and later restored by Charles of Bourbon, the Quisisana Palace is a striking complex nestled at the foot of Vesuvius.
Once a royal retreat and hunting lodge, it now houses a fascinating archaeological museum dedicated to the archaeologist Libero D’Orsi.
Visitors can admire artefacts from the Stabian villas: over 500 items, including wall paintings, ceramics, bronze objects, marble furnishings – a treasure trove of ancient finds, unearthed during the Bourbon era and now on permanent display.

Prices are intended per school group of up to 25 participants (including accompanying adults).
Please arrive at the ticket office 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
At the entrance, you will be asked to provide a list of participants on school letterhead, stamped and signed.
