EU SCHOOLS
Booking a school entry slot costs €10.00 for a group of up to 35 participants, including accompanying adults.
School slots can be booked online up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
After payment, a booking ID will be issued. This must be shown at the ticket office and is required for entry.
Admission is free of charge upon presentation at the ticket office of a list of students and accompanying teachers, printed on official school letterhead, signed and stamped.

NON-EU SCHOOLS
There is no need to book a school entry slot.
Admission is free for minors under 18 years of age with valid ID.
A declaration from the school confirming the group’s educational status must be presented at the entrance.
Free entry does not apply to accompanying adults.

OPENING HOURS
Open daily – except 25 December, 1 January, and 1 May

• From 15 October to 15 March: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (last admission at 4:00 pm)
• From 16 March to 14 October: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (last admission at 6:00 pm)

ACCESSIBILITY
The site is accessible to visitors with motor disabilities.
